About The Position

Telos Health Systems is expanding nationally and looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help grow our presence across Skilled Nursing and post-acute care. You’ll connect with administrators and operators, uncover opportunities, and help deliver high-quality medical and behavioral health services that improve outcomes in senior living environments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience (healthcare, SNF, or post-acute preferred).
  • Proven success in lead generation, pipeline management, and hitting sales goals.
  • Strong communication and virtual presentation skills.
  • Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and solid Excel skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound calls, email, and virtual outreach.
  • Schedule meetings, nurture leads, and support regional growth initiatives.
  • Conduct needs assessments with SNF and post-acute operators to align Telos solutions with client goals.
  • Manage the virtual sales cycle—from prospecting to proposal and follow-up—with a focus on long-term value.
  • Track activity and insights in CRM tools to inform strategy.
  • Partner with field and clinical teams for smooth client handoffs.
