About The Position

All Year Cooling and Plumbing is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling HVAC and plumbing products and services to both residential and commercial customers from our office. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and skilled at building strong customer relationships. Your ability to understand customer needs, recommend the right solutions, and deliver exceptional service will directly contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, inside sales, or a related customer-focused sales role preferred
  • Strong understanding of HVAC and/or plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and service solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and close sales effectively
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales presentation tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional sales or technical certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and identify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, online research, networking, and other outreach efforts
  • Conduct virtual or phone consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC and plumbing products and services
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and financing options while clearly explaining features, benefits, and pricing
  • Build rapport with customers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing expert guidance on heating, cooling, plumbing, and energy-efficient solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms while meeting sales targets and maintaining company profitability
  • Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to project completion
  • Follow up with customers after installation to confirm satisfaction, resolve concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services or products
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to effectively position company solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline updates within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and team members to develop strategies, set performance goals, and contribute to overall sales success
