About The Position

Our Maintenance position is responsible for maintaining any equipment on property or company grounds. Some tasks that will be expected are working with system and building components, mechanical and electrical systems, pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, lighting, tile among others. This person will also help in responding to emergencies, complaints, lock-outs and any other security related issues that may arise. This position will be working at multiple properties in the area, all within walking distance.

Requirements

• Reliable, self-motivated and responsible time management.
• Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays and nights.
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals.

• Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining any equipment on property or company grounds.
• Working with system and building components, mechanical and electrical systems, pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, lighting, tile among others.
• Responding to emergencies, complaints, lock-outs and any other security related issues that may arise.
• Patrolling areas on a regular basis of property grounds including outside parking facility.
• Responding to any guest concerns with a sense of urgency.
