Requirements

Maintenance experience
Strong Problem-Solving skills
Ability to work independently with Time Management and Attention to Details
Must be able to walk/stand a total of 8 hours per day.
Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs.
Must be able to carry 35–50 lbs. up to 200 ft.
Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, climb, reach above shoulder level, kneel, grasp, push, and pull.

Responsibilities

Oversees all maintenance operations for the property, ensuring systems and equipment are functioning efficiently and safely.
