About The Position

To support this growth, we are looking for a hands-on and structured HR professional to take ownership of day-to-day HR operations and ensure a smooth and professional employee experience across the U.S. organization. You are a hands-on and reliable HR professional who enjoys taking ownership and making things run smoothly. You thrive in fast-paced, growing environments where priorities can shift and structure is still evolving. You are detail-oriented, proactive and solution-driven, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration or HR generalist roles
  • Advanced, hands-on experience as a power user of ADP Workforce Now/TotalSource
  • Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 suite
  • Experience managing onboarding and employee documentation processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage manual data input and data accuracy
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a scale-up environment with evolving processes
  • You enjoy being the person who gets things done and takes ownership of HR operations end-to-end

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain employee data and HR systems, including ADP
  • Draft and issue offer letters, NDAs and employment documentation
  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end onboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance and proper documentation across the employee lifecycle
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions from employees
  • Support communication and coordination with the global People & Culture team
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to building and improving HR processes and structure as the company grows
