About The Position

We are seeking a part-time Human Resources Coordinator to support our ever-growing company by providing day-to-day administrative and coordination assistance to the HR team. This role will work approximately 4–5 hours per day and follows our 9/80 schedule, meaning we enjoy every other Friday off. The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with a wide variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, coordinating and scheduling interviews, filing and record organization, event coordination, restocking the break room, and ordering office supplies. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be flexible and willing to move between projects and tasks quickly and as needed
  • The ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of office procedures and good writing and verbal skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative activities in support of the Human Resources organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews; support recruiting logistics and candidate communications as needed.
  • Maintain filing and HR record organization; assist with internal record audits.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee and HR-related information.
  • Gather, collect, record, track, and verify data and information from multiple sources.
  • Coordinate HR events and support employee engagement activities.
  • Restock the break room and order office supplies as needed.
  • Create the monthly internal company slideshow and support basic HR presentations.
  • Compile, review, and analyze data.
  • Use the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to enter data and generate reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Demonstrate a moderate understanding of general job aspects and a good understanding of detailed job requirements.
  • Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization.
