About The Position

This role involves reading work orders and performing assigned tasks under the direction of a department supervisor. Responsibilities include unpacking, packing, and bagging items to create sub-assemblies or finished products outside the main plant area. The position also requires attaching appropriate labels and tags to products and packages, packing finished goods into correct containers, logging production on schedule boards, and notifying the supervisor of any material issues. Additionally, the role involves placing finished goods on designated pallets and maintaining a clean and safe work area with a positive attitude and focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Reads Work Orders and performs work as assigned by department supervisor.
• As necessary, unpacks, packs, bags, to produce sub-assemblies or finished product outside of the main plat area.
• Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
• Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
• Log production in schedule boards.
• Notify supervisor of any material issues.
• Place finished goods on the designated pallet.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Maintain quality and a great attitude.
