Through media arts education, Wide Angle Youth Media cultivates and amplifies the voices of Baltimore youth to engage audiences across generational, cultural, and social divides. Wide Angle programs inspire creativity and instill confidence in young people, empowering them with skills to navigate school, career, and life. This position is a part-time 2026-2027 academic-year position, September 2026-June 2027, for Wide Angle Programs. This part-time hourly position offers a starting wage between $20.76 to $22.50 per hour, depending on education, media/work samples, and years of professional experience. Wide Angle Youth Media is currently hiring an outgoing, dynamic, and team-oriented part-time Filmmaking Educator to facilitate the following program: High school Filmmaking Class: Tuesday and Thursday's from 4-7:30pm, 10-15 hours per week during the academic year. Two days a week plan, facilitate and lead our High School Filmmaking class (beginner/intermediate), for 18 high school aged youth with support from a Teaching Assistant.
