About The Position

The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora @ The Oaks delivers a world-class customer experience, surpasses sales goals, and finds innovative ways to engage and attract customers. The associate shares product knowledge and inspires customers to style their jewellery, helping them express their stories and passions.

This flexible role provides support during peak hours and other high-traffic periods, including promotions, product launches, special events, and times when additional store coverage is needed. Scheduling varies with business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. Work ranges from approximately 4 hours per month in slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. The role requires an assessment emailed after application submission.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
• Care in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage an audience.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Available for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with increased availability during peak periods.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive at work on time.
• Complete an assessment emailed after submitting the application.
