About The Position

Teaches a specific course or component of a course in the Physical Therapy Program. Responsibilities include developing course syllabi in accordance with program policies, selecting appropriate instructional materials, delivering lectures and facilitating learning activities, and creating assessments to evaluate student performance. The role also involves participating in core faculty meetings as needed, maintaining consistent attendance and engagement in all scheduled classes and labs, and contributing to laboratory practical examinations. Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success. Responds to students in a timely manner. Communicates with students, departments, and university officials via university provided tools and resources. Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Ohio
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • One year of professional physical therapy experience
  • Licensed in Ohio to practice physical therapy
