About The Position

The Department of History, Philosophy, and Religious Studies invites applications for a part-time faculty position to teach introductory courses in Philosophy and Ethics in-person and online. Part-time faculty may teach up to nine credit hours, depending on departmental needs. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Earned M.A. in Philosophy or related field from an accredited institution at time of appointment.
• Unofficial transcripts are acceptable at the time of application.
• Official transcripts are required at the time of the position offer and as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Teach introductory courses in Philosophy and Ethics in-person and online.
