About The Position

The University of Southern Maine’s Osher School of Music is seeking Part-Time Adjunct Faculty applicants for the upcoming academic year. While teaching loads will vary from between semesters, responsibilities would primarily include Music History Survey I (MUH 222) and/or Music History Survey 2 (MUH 223), with potential contributions to the core graduate curriculum. Music History Survey I (MUH 222) is an historical study of the language and style of music from antiquity to 1850, covering significant composers, major genres, and representative musical compositions.
