About The Position
Framingham State University (FSU) is seeking Part-Time Faculty for its Fashion Design and Retailing Department for day programs. Requirements
- Masters degree in a related field.
- Evidence of expertise, scholarly activity, or creative work appropriate to the discipline.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and belonging in the curriculum and the classroom.
Nice To Haves
- PhD, MFA, or other terminal degree.
- Successful college teaching experience.
Responsibilities
- Teach course(s) in Fashion Design, Fashion Retailing and Merchandising, Basic Textiles or Apparel Construction.
- Teach in online, hybrid, or face-to-face formats.
- Develop syllabi and instructional materials.
- Assess student performance.
- Provide assistance and mentorship to students.
