About The Position
Framingham State University (FSU) is seeking applications for potential Part-Time Faculty positions within the Environment, Society, and Sustainability Department for its Day Programs. Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Evidence of expertise, scholarly activity, or creative work appropriate to the discipline.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and belonging in the curriculum and the classroom.
Nice To Haves
- PhD or other terminal degree in related field.
- Successful college teaching experience.
Responsibilities
- Teach course(s) in Earth System Science, Environmental Science and Policy, Environmental Studies and Sustainability, Physics, and/or Geography.
- Teach in online, hybrid, or face-to-face formats.
- Develop syllabi and instructional materials.
- Assess student performance.
- Provide assistance and mentorship to students.
