Part-Time Faculty - Education (Central)
About The Position
Teach Education-related coursework as a part-time faculty member. Applications are accepted continuously and reviewed if openings become available; these positions are not current vacancies. Part-time faculty are hired on an as-needed basis and work for the duration specified by the course. Teaching assignments may include evening and possibly weekend classes. Courses may be delivered through various methods based on the teaching area and the needs of students and the College, and may require physical presence at the assigned on-site work location. Part-time faculty are not entitled to all the rights, privileges, and benefits of regular, full-time employees. Salary is based on the Board-approved salary schedule for the current fiscal year.
Requirements
- Master's degree with eighteen (18) graduate hours in Education.
Responsibilities
- Teach Education-related coursework.
- Teach courses using delivery methods determined by the teaching area and the needs of students and the College.
- Attend the assigned on-site work location when required by the teaching assignment.
