Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have valid, reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned local sites.
• Strong self-motivation with the ability to complete tasks efficiently without direct, constant supervision.
• Pride in thorough, high-quality work following established checklists.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 35 lbs throughout a 5-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect sinks, toilets, counter surfaces, and fixtures to high health standards.
• Systematically wipe down high-touch area surfaces including doors, light switches, desks, and railings.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned areas, addressing spot stains as needed.
• Collect trash, replace bag liners, and safely transfer waste to exterior dumpsters.
• Monitor janitorial supply levels (hand soap, towels, paper products) and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Follow proper building entry/exit protocols, locking doors and securing facilities at the conclusion of your shift.
