Part Time Evening Floater
About The Position
Environment Control is hiring part-time evening cleaning floaters to cover different accounts as needed for call-offs, vacations, and open routes within an assigned area. Floaters work a set schedule at varying locations, traveling between Downtown Pittsburgh and Ross Township. The role offers 10 to 15 hours per week, with shifts beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The position involves cleaning workspaces and bathrooms, emptying trash, sanitizing touchpoints, and communicating with a supervisor about supplies or issues. Training and cleaning supplies are provided. Applicants must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, current car insurance, a smartphone, and the ability to pass a national background check.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license and proof of current car insurance.
- Smartphone for scheduling.
- Pass a national background check.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform basic physical tasks such as bending and walking.
- Detail-minded, able to stay on track, proud of work, comfortable working independently, and a team player.
Responsibilities
- Cover different accounts as needed for call-offs, vacations, and open routes within the assigned area.
- Vacuum, mop, and wipe surfaces in workspaces.
- Stock and clean bathrooms.
- Empty trash and sanitize touchpoints.
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

- Follow the provided cleaning steps.
