Department: Pre-College Reports To: Supervisor, Adult Education Amount of Travel Required: Day travel, no more than once per month LOCATION: Green Bay, WI STANDARD HOURS: 24 hours per week, Monday thru Friday; varying schedule based on needs. PAY RATE: $23.33 This position is grant funded through June 30, 2028. POSITION SUMMARY The ELL Program Support Specialist provides administrative, instructional, and student support to the English Language Learning (ELL) program. This role focuses on improving student assessment processes and developing a centralized system for data collection, management, and reporting that integrates multiple data sources. The specialist analyzes and shares data with faculty and administration, providing actionable insights to support student success, retention, and continuous program improvement. Additionally, the role enhances digital resources for both faculty and students. As a grant-funded position, the specialist works to increase program efficiency, promote student success, and ensure compliance with educational standards and reporting requirements.
