About The Position

Quest Forward Santa Rosa is a private 9-12th-grade high school, established in August 2017, that is fully accredited and offers A-G University-approved courses with a strong focus on college and career preparation. The school is known for its small class sizes, a no cell phone policy, and personalized student attention, creating a welcoming and authentic learning environment. As a flagship school for Opportunity Education, Quest Forward aims to be a model for schools nationwide. In August 2025, the school expanded to include 7th and 8th grades, providing a middle school option and fostering community among students who will eventually attend the high school. Middle school teachers are instrumental in establishing a cohesive middle school culture, launching traditions, and delivering content in a personalized setting. The Part-Time Dance Teacher will focus on developing and delivering introductory dance courses for middle school students, aiming to build a strong foundation in movement, expression, and performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing arts program, work with a staff dedicated to creating immersive and joyful educational experiences, and help students discover dance.
