About The Position
FreedomBank is seeking a part-time Custodian to join their team in Waukon. This position offers flexible hours, with a maximum of 17 hours per week, and the start time must be after 4:30 PM when the bank lobby is closed. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness of the building according to a cleaning guide, including tasks such as dusting, cleaning restrooms and floors, and managing trash. The work environment is a confidential financial business/office setting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
- Walking, sitting, standing, bending, lifting and moving continually.
Responsibilities
- Schedules & maintains the cleaning of the building using the cleaning guide.
- Uses ladders to dust walls, ceilings, etc.
- Uses cleaners/chemicals to clean floor, toilets, etc.
- Services, cleans, or supplies restrooms.
- Gathers and empties trash.
- Performs other duties as necessary.
- Maintains confidentiality and adheres to FreedomBank's policies and privacy practices.
