About The Position
We are looking for a responsible custodian to maintain and our Administration facility. The Custodian’s main responsibility would be to clean the Administration building. This position would be responsible for the everyday upkeep of the facility.
Requirements
- Experienced as a custodian
- Focused on building upkeep
- Detailed oriented
- Physical endurance to cover a large space
Responsibilities
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Vacuuming floors
- Shampooing rugs and carpets when needed
- Emptying trash cans and taking out the trash
- Cleaning vents
- Dusting all surfaces
- Waxing floors if needed
- Restocking cleaning supplies as needed
- Washing windows
- Maintaining a thorough inventory
- Cleaning and maintaining the restrooms
- Wiping down appliances and cleaning out the refrigerator
- Other duties as assigned
