CornerClean, LLC is hiring a dependable Part-Time Custodian to maintain two commercial office buildings in Creedmoor, NC. This role involves detailed cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, and shared common areas on a consistent weekly schedule across two locations. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain office buildings on a set schedule across two locations
• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners
• Dust and disinfect high-touch surfaces (doors, handles, switches, fixtures)
• Clean restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and dispensers
• Clean breakrooms and kitchen areas, including countertops and appliances
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and traffic areas
• Sweep and mop hard floors, including edges and corners
• Clean glass doors, windows, and entryways
• Restock supplies as needed
• Complete occasional detailed cleaning and floor care tasks as assigned
• Follow cleaning checklists and maintain quality standards
