About The Position
Hawaiian Building Maintenance (HBM) has been providing quality service since 1957 and is one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We currently perform janitorial building services, mechanical engineering, HVAC and maintenance services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the Big Island. This part-time position is for a Night Porter - Custodial role in Honolulu, HI.
Requirements
- Candidates should be capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching (including overhead), grasping objects, kneeling, crawling, squatting, climbing, stooping, stretching, pressing, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting a minimum of 20 lbs or more.
- Must pass HBM prescreen check
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining the location space, which involves: Sweeping, dusting, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing common areas.
- Cleaning restrooms tenant spaces, elevator, and stairwells.
- Removing trash and replacing liners, disposing of waste in designated areas
- Restocking supplies
- Performing other tasks as directed by the HBM supervisor
