About The Position
Dependable Health Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Home Health team serving patients throughout East Tucson and surrounding areas. This part-time opportunity is perfect for a CNA looking for a flexible schedule while providing meaningful, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Requirements
- Current Arizona CNA certification
- Must have at least one year CNA experience
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
- Dependable with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in patients' homes
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Comfortable traveling throughout the East Tucson service area
Nice To Haves
- Previous home health, home care, hospice, or caregiving experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance to patients in their homes
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily living
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as directed by the plan of care
- Provide a safe and comfortable environment for patients
- Observe patients and report changes in condition or concerns to the appropriate clinical team member
- Follow individualized plans of care and established safety procedures
- Complete accurate and timely visit documentation
- Communicate professionally with patients, families, and members of the care team
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
