In this position, you’ll safely deliver materials to customers while providing professional, efficient service. When not completing deliveries, you’ll have the opportunity to support warehouse operations and contribute to overall branch success. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
CMV qualification (if required)
Commitment to safety and reliability
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to obtain and maintain coverage through the company’s auto insurance carrier in accordance with Packer Fastener’s Driver Safety Policy
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively
Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
Dependable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated
Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
Ability to safely load and unload delivery materials
Ability to enter and exit delivery vehicles repeatedly throughout the day

Nice To Haves

Previous delivery or warehouse experience preferred
Familiarity with the Minneapolis delivery territory preferred

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently deliver materials to customers and branch locations
Load and unload materials safely using manual methods or moving equipment
Verify order accuracy prior to delivery
Operate company-owned and leased vehicles in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations
Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule
Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
Maintain a clean, organized vehicle
Provide courteous, professional customer service at every delivery stop
Follow proper accident and incident reporting procedures
Maintain strong housekeeping and safety standards
Support warehouse operations when deliveries are complete
Assist with additional branch responsibilities as needed
