About The Position
The College of Nursing & Professional Disciplines (CNPD) is seeking a part-time, unbenefited faculty member to teach in the graduate nursing department's Psych-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program. The CNPD is dedicated to providing excellent education, scholarship, and service, with a focus on rural and underserved populations. This role involves all aspects of teaching, including planning, implementing, and evaluating student coursework.
Requirements
- Doctoral Degree in Nursing
- Current clinical experience as a PMHNP
- Certified as a PMHNP across the lifespan
- Unencumbered nursing license
- Ability to obtain nursing licensure in ND and other states, as required
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
- Must be competent in the nursing field as well as in the subject(s) assigned.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in APN education
