Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions, including cash, check, or credit card payments from patrons in exchange for services.
• Efficiently manage credit card processes and cash drawers.
• Answer and monitor incoming and outgoing calls.
• Complete repair orders and interact directly with the public.
• Help customers locate their vehicles and relay information to Service Advisors.
• Foster good working relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service.
