About The Position

Part-Time Caregiver – Flexible In-Home Senior Support. This role offers flexible hours, including weekday, evening, and weekend blocks, making it ideal for students, parents, or semi-retirees. The position provides a competitive hourly wage, mileage reimbursement for errands, and paid skills workshops. Caregivers will work in a supportive environment with responsive supervisors. Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and providing companionship.

Requirements

• Experience as a caregiver, HHA, PCA, or similar role preferred (training available for the right heart).
• Current CPR/First Aid (or commitment to earn within 30 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow all safety protocols.
• Clear, compassionate communicator who respects client privacy.
• Reliable, punctual, and passionate about enriching everyday life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers.
• Prepare simple, nutritious dishes; tidy living spaces and handle light laundry.
• Support gentle walks or therapist-approved stretches.
• Keep clients on schedule and note any wellness changes.
• Share conversation, games, or outings to appointments and shops.
