This role involves operating dishwashing equipment, washing and disinfecting kitchen areas, tables, tools, and equipment, and maintaining personal hygiene and sanitation standards. The position also requires adherence to food storage, handling, and preparation standards, as well as Ecosure standards. A clean and safe work environment is maintained through regular floor maintenance, trash removal, and proper storage of equipment. The dishwasher safely handles and uses cleaning chemicals and may be required to set up and break down tables.
