About The Position
A family in Sunnyvale, CA 94089 is seeking an experienced and compassionate babysitter for their 8-month-old. The schedule is Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (8 hours per week), with the possibility of adding Wednesdays for a 12-hour per week schedule for the right candidate. The family lives in a smoke-free and pet-free home.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with infants
- CPR/First Aid certification is required
- Must be able to reliably commute
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check
Responsibilities
- General infant care and supervision
- Feeding (bottles/solids), changing diapers
- Maintaining nap schedules
- Engaging in age-appropriate developmental play
- Light baby-related tidying (e.g., washing baby bottles, cleaning up play areas)
