Requirements

• Must be available consistently during one of the following afternoon schedules: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, or 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Responsible, dependable, energetic, patient, and positive demeanor.
• Genuinely enjoy interacting with children.
• Meet all applicable age, background-check, and employment requirements for working in a licensed childcare setting.

Nice To Haves

• Previous childcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with classroom supervision.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play.
• Support classroom transitions.
• Help with snacks and afternoon routines.
• Assist with classroom organization and cleanup.
• Provide coverage where additional classroom support is needed.
• Help prepare children and classrooms for end-of-day dismissal and closing.
