About The Position

Description We grow the world’s BEST Strawberries & that wouldn’t be possible without our Finance Team! We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support our growing Accounting team. This role is critical in helping manage increasing transaction volume across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. What you’ll be responsible for: Monitor AP inbox and manage vendor communications Set up new vendors and ensure required documentation is collected and maintained Code and enter invoices accurately in the AP system Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Prepare wire transfers and organize supporting documentation Assist with check deposits and cash application Support AR collections and follow-ups as needed Work closely with the Staff Accountant and team to keep workflows moving efficiently Assist cross-functionally with invoice processing and corporate card administration Qualifications Who will love this job: Individuals who identify with our Core Values and exhibit skills within those values will thrive at Oishii. Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Someone who is reliable, responsive, and takes ownership of their work
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
Proficient in Google Workspace

Nice To Haves

Exposure to accounting systems is a plus
Experience with construction or project-based software is a plus
