About The Position

We grow the world’s BEST Strawberries & that wouldn’t be possible without our Finance Team! We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support our growing Accounting team. This role is critical in helping manage increasing transaction volume across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Someone who is reliable, responsive, and takes ownership of their work
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Proficient in Google Workspace

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to accounting systems is a plus
• Experience with construction or project-based software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor AP inbox and manage vendor communications
• Set up new vendors and ensure required documentation is collected and maintained
• Code and enter invoices accurately in the AP system
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Prepare wire transfers and organize supporting documentation
• Assist with check deposits and cash application
• Support AR collections and follow-ups as needed
• Work closely with the Staff Accountant and team to keep workflows moving efficiently
• Assist cross-functionally with invoice processing and corporate card administration
