About The Position

Roetzel & Andress LPA, a multi-state law firm with an administrative center in Fairlawn, Ohio, has an immediate opening for a part-time Accounting Clerk to support the Accounting Department. This is an in office position to be worked in our Fairlawn administrative office.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Knowledge of general accounting procedures
Knowledge of relevant accounting software (3E)
Proficient in data entry and time management
Accounting degree or 2+ years of general accounting experience
The candidate must also pass a credit and background check as a condition for employment

Responsibilities

Distribution of mailed and emailed invoices
Correction of email addresses in accounting software
Data Entry
Assist with overflow from client services, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Processing of credit card payments
Preparing checks for application and deposit
Assist with other accounting tasks, as needed
