Part Time Academic Tutors
About The Position
Come join our Academic Success team! Lakes Region Community College (LRCC) is looking for qualified individuals to tutor students in all disciplines. Successful candidates will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree as well as teaching or tutoring experience in a chosen discipline. Tutors are used on an as needed basis and usually meet with students one hour per session often for a period of weeks. Tutor sessions can be held in person or remotely. This position offers an hourly rate of up to $22.00, depending on experience. We are specifically looking to fill positions for Computer Science Math English Please submit on online application, including the areas of your expertise, and your college transcripts. Offers of employment will be contingent upon the successful completion of the requisite background check. CCSNH has established employer status within the New England states (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island). In compliance with CCSNH policies and state regulations, eligibility for employment within CCSNH and its institutions requires residency within a New England state.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- Teaching or tutoring experience in a chosen discipline.
- Residency within a New England state (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island).
