About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and timely, explaining parking rates, and inspecting vehicles before taking possession. Maintaining company uniform appearance, resolving issues, and being a pleasure to be with are also key aspects. The position requires being active outdoors most of the day, involving standing, walking, and potentially helping with items weighing up to 50lbs. Local management may also assign small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects, and other duties as assigned based on operational needs.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing.
• Able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language.
• Friendly, professional approach to everyone.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Can drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance.
• Resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
