About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for On-Call opportunities to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, explaining parking rates, inspecting vehicles, maintaining uniform appearance, resolving issues, and being an all-around pleasure to be with. The position requires being outside and active most of the day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs. Additional tasks may include small cleaning or maintenance duties or other special projects as assigned by local management.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Can drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.

Responsibilities

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance, cheerfully greet and thank guests, resolve issues, and be an all-around pleasure to be with.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as asked by local management.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
