About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. On the job: Greet guests and patients right at the door, and safely park and retrieve their vehicles. At the hospital, you'll meet people on some of the hardest days of their life — a calm “we've got your car, go be with your family” can be the first bit of relief in a scary day. Thirty seconds, real impact. At MD Anderson Healthcare, you're the first hello and last goodbye for every guest — a genuine welcome goes a long way. You're up and moving the whole shift. Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license (at least 2 years).
Must be at least 18 years old.
Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
Can drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and patients right at the door, and safely park and retrieve their vehicles.
Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
Maintain the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with.
Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
