About The Position

Propark Mobility is hiring full-time and part-time Valet Attendants to begin immediately. Attendants greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly, explain parking rates and vehicle-retrieval instructions, and inspect vehicles before taking possession. The role involves maintaining a professional company-uniform appearance, helping resolve guest issues, and completing other duties or small cleaning, maintenance, or special projects as assigned based on operational needs.

This active, guest-facing position requires spending much of the day outdoors, standing and walking, and may involve running or carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Shifts are available in the mornings and evenings, including weekends and holidays. The listed pay is $18.00–$19.00 per hour, plus cash tips.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
• Be energetic and outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds if needed.
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken language, with a friendly and professional approach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively.
• Be able to drive a manual transmission is asked as an application question; it is not stated as a must-have qualification.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of valet parking experience.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and in a timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests retrieving self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide friendly, professional guest service.
• Resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful manner.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks and special projects when requested by local management.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
