About The Position

Propark Mobility is hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities in St. Louis, Missouri. The position pays $15.00 per hour plus cash tips. Morning and evening shifts are available, including weekends and holidays. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, and have been driving for at least two years. Applicants may be asked whether they can drive a manual transmission.

Valet Attendants greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly, explain parking rates, and provide instructions for retrieving self-parked vehicles. They inspect vehicles before taking possession and follow company guidelines. The role involves being outside and active for much of the day, standing and walking, and sometimes carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Attendants may also be asked to perform minor cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, and other duties based on operational needs.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
• Be energetic and outgoing, and be able to stand, run, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds if needed.
• Communicate effectively in writing and speech, with a friendly and professional approach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively and helpfully.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of valet parking experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them sincerely when they leave.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and in a timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for retrieving self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide friendly, professional service.
• Resolve guest issues in a positive and helpful manner.
• Perform minor cleaning or maintenance tasks and special projects when requested by local management.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
