About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and timely, explaining parking rates, inspecting vehicles, maintaining company appearance, and resolving issues. Attendants will be expected to be active outdoors, standing and walking for extended periods, and occasionally assisting with items weighing up to 50lbs. Local management may also assign small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing.
• Able to stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language.
• Friendly, professional approach to everyone.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service driven.

Nice To Haves

• Valet parking experience: 1 year+
• Customer service experience: 1 year+
• Can drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance.
• Resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as assigned by local management.
