About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and in a timely manner, explaining parking rates, and inspecting vehicles before taking possession. The attendant is expected to maintain a professional appearance, resolve customer issues, and be an active presence, spending most of the day outdoors, standing, and walking. Occasional assistance with items weighing up to 50lbs may be required, along with small cleaning or maintenance tasks as directed by local management.

Requirements

You are at least 18 years old.
You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
Must Have: 2 Years Drivers License
Can you drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission?

Responsibilities

Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
Maintain the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and being an all-around pleasure to be with.
Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as asked by local management.
