About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and timely, explaining parking rates, providing instructions for self-park vehicles, inspecting vehicles before taking possession, and maintaining company uniform appearance. Attendants are expected to be active outdoors, standing, walking, and occasionally assisting with items up to 50lbs. Small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects may also be assigned by local management. Additional language skills are a plus.

Requirements

You are at least 18 years old
You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years
Energetic, outgoing
Can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed
Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way

Nice To Haves

Valet parking: 1 year+
Customer service: 1 year+
Can drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission
Additional language skills

Responsibilities

Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines
Maintain the company uniform appearance
Cheerfully greet and thank guests
Resolve issues
Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs
Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as asked by local management
