About The Position

Propark Mobility is actively seeking full-time and part-time Valet Attendants to start immediately. This role involves providing excellent customer service by cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, safely parking and retrieving their vehicles, and clearly explaining parking rates and procedures. Attendants are also responsible for inspecting vehicles, maintaining a professional appearance, and resolving customer issues positively. The position requires being active outdoors, including standing, walking, and occasionally assisting with items weighing up to 50lbs. Additionally, local management may assign small cleaning, maintenance tasks, or special projects.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
  • Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
  • Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Responsibilities

  • Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
  • Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
  • Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
  • Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
  • Maintain the company uniform appearance.
  • Cheerfully greet and thank guests.
  • Resolve issues.
  • Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as asked by local management.
