About The Position

Kennywood is seeking a Parking Team Member to ensure the efficient operation of the parking lot. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness of parking areas, ensuring hosts are in place, and facilitating the quick and efficient parking of guest vehicles. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts.
• Ability to comply with all uniform policies.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner.
• Ability to follow direction, multi-task, and work as part of a team as well as independently.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for the majority of the workday.
• Ability to occasionally stoop, twist, kneel, bend, squat, or reach above shoulders.
• Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 20 pounds or more.

Nice To Haves

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the park and guide them to open parking spots.
• Ensure the smooth process of parking cars.
• Courteously assist guests with questions and complaints.
• Direct guests to the proper parking space when needed.
• Follow designated safety procedures when directing cars.
• Ensure vehicles are parked in an efficient manner.
• Maintain overall upkeep of parking lots and transportation vehicles, including trash clean up and removal.
• Direct emergency services such as fire and police in the event of an emergency.
• Assist with special parking details in emergency situations or for special events.
• Assist other Guest Experience departments as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by leadership.
