About The Position

Responsible for providing a broad range of operational duties related to Parking System operations. Work hours vary based on operational needs, demands, and event schedules, and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants should be able to perform essential duties efficiently, effectively, and safely. Requirements

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Ability to perform essential duties in an efficient, effective, and safe manner.

• Previous experience performing similar duties is desired.

Responsibilities

• Relieve parking system cashiers and custodians as needed or requested.
• Patrol parking garages and common areas, and complete incident reports.
• Assist in recording daily parking counts.
• Assist with opening and/or closing parking garages.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking garage common areas, including stairs, elevators, lobby, and offices.
• Assist parking system staff as needed.
• Assist with painting and other special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
