Parking Supervisor
About The Position
ABM is hiring a Parking Supervisor. This role focuses on supervising maintenance staff and coordinating facility upkeep for parking garages and related exterior areas. The Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance activities, schedule power washing and cleaning services, ensure safety and compliance standards are met, and coordinate repairs with vendors and internal teams as needed. This position does not require HVAC experience. The Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day planning, scheduling, and execution of work assignments while supporting operations and schedules. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a clean, safe, and guest-ready parking environment.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in maintenance or facility upkeep
- Experience with parking garages and exterior areas
- Ability to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
- Experience coordinating repairs with vendors and internal teams
