Requirements

  • High School or GED (Required)
  • DL - Driver's License - Department of Motor Vehicles
  • Knowledge of parking operations, valet services, and shuttle transportation workflows
  • Experience with customer service, service recovery, and de‑escalation
  • Familiarity with scheduling, associate training, timekeeping systems (e.g., MyTime), and basic inventory controls
  • Ability to respond to operational or safety concerns in real time

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations for Valet team, Parking Operations, and Shuttle Services during assigned shifts
  • Serve as the first point of contact for associates, customers, and leaders when managers are unavailable
  • Provide direction, coaching, and real‑time support to frontline associates
  • Assist with interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with departmental policies, safety expectations, and service standards
  • Support service recovery for escalated patient, visitor, or associate concerns
  • Coordinate coverage, assignments, and workflow during high‑volume periods, emergencies, or staffing shortages
  • Support valet operations, including customer interactions and vehicle handling, as needed
  • Monitor parking facilities, garages, and shuttle routes for safety, efficiency, and service issues
  • Assist with shuttle operations, including scheduling support, coordination with fleet maintenance, and inspections as assigned
  • Maintain oversight of operational supplies, equipment, badges, and access tools
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary departments and third‑party vendors on parking‑related initiatives or special events
  • Participate in departmental goal setting aligned with safety, quality, service, and efficiency
  • Support budget awareness and efficient use of resources
  • Promote High Reliability Organization (HRO) principles in daily work
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all OhioHealth information security and privacy policies
