This position is responsible for enforcing parking related ordinances in the City of Burlington, through a lens of safety and equity, by issuing tickets and coordinating the towing of vehicles that pose a safety risk or infringe on equitable parking opportunities. Additionally, this position acts as a customer service representative regarding parking services in City’s the on-street and off-street parking resources. This position includes providing information, assistance, and support to customers using the various parking payment platforms the City offers. Union Affiliation: American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Pay Grade 11: $24.02 - $26.73 Hourly Remote Tier 1: Zero (0) days remote/week We current have three openings for the following shifts: Tuesday through Saturday, from 9am to 5pm, Sunday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm and, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3pm to 11pm, and Friday and Saturday from 1pm to 9pm
