This position involves monitoring designated streets, lots, garages, and other public areas or an entire campus to ensure compliance with parking policies. The role requires providing excellent customer service, including answering questions about directions, events, building locations, and parking policies, as well as assisting with various payment methods. Additionally, the associate will issue citations and warnings, manage vehicle impoundments or boots, and assist with traffic control during events. A key aspect of this role is the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain a high level of customer service. The position also supports maintenance staff with facility upkeep and assists office staff with permit sales during peak seasons.
